Forum Fun Chat
In order to make your experience more memorable and your transaction process less problematic, we will set up a forum, which is a fun chat platform through which you can interact with our clients and our staffs. This will serve to deepen an understanding between the buyers and the sellers so that miscommunication and misunderstanding will be averted.
The forum itself will be divided into many specific categories, depending on the location and type of the real estate. The objective of this is to make our forum user-friendly to all of our agents, so that they can use our forum without much difficulty.
Through this forum, members can post on what property they are interested in and other members can actually reply to the post if they have the felicitous property. This will greatly bond our clients together, and in the long run this will also create a wide network of closely related clients and agents, which is based on mutual trust. Also, potential clients can also meet our staffs virtually in this forum if they want to pose some of their queries to our staffs. We will then immediately respond to your queries, so that you can make a prudent decision in Singapore property after that.
This forum will also be overseen by an administrator and some moderators, so that members cannot brainlessly post trivial and irrelevant stuffs that can jeopardize or even disrupt the bonding between our members. For example, posts that incite racial disharmony and posts that spread calumny or false rumours about Singapore property will be banned and deleted accordingly.
The irresponsible members will also be blacklisted from our community so that our clients will no longer trust or make a transaction with this member. This will preserve the unity and trust that has existed in our community.
The ultimate purpose of setting up this forum is to provide our clients a platform through which they can both gain clearer information about Singapore property and indulge themselves through fun chat.
